You know – when your brain suddenly starts working overtime trying to over-analyze every decision you made 10 years ago with what you **should** have done instead. Maybe it’s due to a health concern – or perhaps it’s due to anxiety. “Regular” insomnia is when you experience difficulty falling asleep, even when the environment is perfect for sleep. What is Postnatal or Postpartum Insomnia? It’s dangerous – to us, our health, and our families. This is more than just not sleeping – this is postnatal or postpartum insomnia.
